Plenum Box
PER plenum boxes are made of hot dip galvanized steel sheet material and equipped with rubber gaskets to ensure air tightness. Acoustically insulated with Basotek material. The PER plenum box can be used for both supply and exhaust air. In order to ensure correct adjustments, the plenum box must be preceded by a straight duct with a length equal to 4 times the duct diameter.
PER plenum boxes are used in combination with air diffusers for pressure reduction, air flow compensation and noise reduction as well as for measuring and adjusting the air flow. The damper and measuring units are removable. The K factor for adjustment is indicated on the damper and also in the manual under “K factors”.
