SA-10 : Sound AbsorbersSA-20; Sound AbsorbersSA-K20: Sound Absorbers SA-K20: Sound Absorbers SA-K30: Sound Absorbers SA-10 and SA-20 Type sound damping absorbers are designed to prevent noise generated in Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems. Galvanized perforated surface coated panel developed by PAMSAN is used on the side heat of the flat sound absorbing elements to dampen the critical level fan noise at 125 Hz and 250 Hz octave intensity. SA-K20 and SA-K30 Type sound damping absorbers are designed to prevent noise generated in Air Conditioning and Ventilation systems. 250 Hz octave intensity fan noise damping flat absorber damping panel is used. The products undergoing PAMSAN quality control are legally deferred TSEK quality certified.
Material Construction: SA-10 (d=1 OOmm), SA-20 (d=200 mm) type damping elements with standard construction as filling; 50 kg / m3 density pressed glass wool (air conditioning board) The surface is treated to provide resistance to decay and moisture. It is also coated with glass fiber to prevent particle abrasion up to 20 m/s air speed. Class A2 non-flammable material in accordance with DIN 4102 norm is used. Half of the filling material is belted from twisted galvanized sheet using galvanized perforated surface coated panel. SA-K20 (d=200 mm), SA-K30 (d=300 mm) type damping elements with standard construction as filling; 50 kg/m3 density pressed glass wool (air conditioning board) The surface has been treated to provide resistance to decay and moisture. It is also covered with glass fiber to prevent particle abrasion that may occur up to 20 m/s1 air velocity. Class A2 non-flammable material in accordance with DIN 4102 norm is belted from twisted galvanized sheet.
ABSORBER CASING : The casing is also made of reinforced galvanized sheet. It is made by using rolled special corner elements on both sides of the frame. Special productions can be made upon request.
