While heat recovery/blended classic air handling have two fans, two pressure circuit, blend and heat recovery cell seperately, in B.E.S air handling one fan, one pressure circuit and blend and heat recovery are combined in a single cell. Air blend can be done with two fans and motors in classical system with two fans. That’s why two seperate pressure pipe and flow are calculated. In each pressure circuit all loses and inner device, outer device reclamations are calculated. B.E.S. air handling with one fan has one pressure circuit. Because of it, heat recovery device that is out of critical circuit, blend cell and filters are not taken into account. the lose for only this pipe is 300 Pa. when estimating for ventilator and aspirator 300 x2= 600 Pa presure loss supplement. With losses in mix in the cell and silencer, totally about 750 Pa will be missing. A resistance that is 750 Pa in B.E.S with one fan is estimated as 0. That shows how important device B.E.S. air handling is. On account of this advantage it controls the system with a plug fan that has speed control easily. It overcomes power transfer and continiously air flow in air handling and all drain system. While B.E.S is being cupped from the first absorption hole to the former one, it is added some fresh air and exhausted some of air in pressure zone. After, the air is given inside from the last blower hole. As can be seen here, the system is uninterupted and worked with one fan. Due to the fact that pressure losses and flows is always in the blower drain that is pressure row, exhaust air drain and heat recovery damper and filters and shutter losses ares estimated as 0. That losses amounts to almost the half of the total system losses. Blend and recovery is 50 % blow. Fresh air and exhaust make this real with the permission of air quality sensor. The air is given out thanks to heat recovery. Due to the fact that pressure losses are given to 0, unnecessary resistance losses of heat recovery do not present a problem in seasonal transitions and free cooling and so the system complements thoroughly. Because some air mixes with exhaust in the system, energy loss comes out. The loss that is at the rate of 20 % fresh air and that loss is % 3- 4 as quantitiy of air and tah is too low to be compared with enery loss and gain from energy motor and system. The gain-loss ratio is 1% to 10-50 % at least. When taken into account that the efficiency in heat recovery of wheel type is 70-90%, we can see that loss is so low. B.E.S air handling with plug fan is the system that has higher mechanical efficiency and less maintenance costs and quiter han classic belt pulley system.
